All purchases on Pix Empire are for digital goods and services, including Premium subscriptions, Ultra Premium subscriptions, virtual coins, and cosmetic avatar items ("Virtual Items"). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the item has been delivered or the subscription has been activated.

Premium and Ultra Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. If you believe there is an error with your payment that we cannot resolve, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly or dispute the charge with your bank. However, we encourage you to contact us first — we want to resolve issues directly.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Pix Empire constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
